These Terms of Use govern your use of the Made By Artemis website and booking services.

1. Bookings
All bookings must be confirmed by email. A confirmed booking means the date, time, and service have been agreed upon by both parties.

2. Payment
All confirmed bookings are paid in advance via e-transfer to [parent e-transfer email]. Payment holds your booking date.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty. Refunds are not guaranteed for late cancellations.

4. Intellectual Property
All content created by Made By Artemis is for client use as agreed. Reuse or resale without permission is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our services.

6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
